Employee Responsibilities
All employees, contractors, and subcontractors working under Chalmers and Sons Ltd are expected to:

  • Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions.
  • Cooperate fully with management to enable compliance with legal obligations and company procedures.
  • Use tools, equipment, and PPE correctly and report any defects or safety concerns immediately.
  • Refrain from any reckless or unsafe behaviour on site or in the workplace.
